The heartbeat of any thriving and kingdom minded church is its outreach efforts.  Going beyond the walls and reaching out to those who are searching, misguided, wayfaring and down trodden.  Jesus said "with love and kindness have I drawn thee".  Show me a church without a vital outreach department and I will show you a dying church!
